(1)**Procurement and Sale of EAs**

- Our company does not provide development, operational guarantees, technical support, or after-sales service for EAs. We solely engage in the sale and supply of EAs.
- By using this service, purchasers can buy and utilize EAs provided by the original developers through our company.

(2)**Scope of Support and Warranty**

- Our company acts as a reseller of EAs and does not provide any support regarding their operation, usage, configuration, or performance.
- If purchasers encounter issues with the use of an EA, we may direct them to the official support channels of the developer; however, we do not provide direct assistance.
- Our company bears no responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of an EA, including financial losses, impacts due to changes in broker specifications, or technical issues.

(3)**Eligibility for Use**

- Our services are available only to individuals residing in countries where we are authorized to provide our services.
- Residents of the following countries and regions are not eligible to use our services:
    Japan, the United States, Russia, China, India, Turkey, Brazil, Iran, Pakistan, North Korea, Syria, and Cuba.


**(4) Responsibility for the Operating Environment**

- Purchasers are solely responsible for setting up the necessary operating environment for the EA, including the choice of trading platform, VPS, and broker selection.
- Our company does not guarantee the functionality or operability of the EA.
- Purchasers must verify at their own risk whether the EA functions correctly within their trading environment. Our company assumes no responsibility for the EA's configuration or trading outcomes.
- We do not guarantee the compatibility of the EA with any specific broker or trading platform chosen by the purchaser.

**(5) Changes to Terms and Discontinuation of Sales**

- We may suspend or modify the sale of EAs without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to change, revise, or update these terms at any time without prior notification.
- The revised terms shall become effective immediately upon being announced on our website or through other appropriate means.
- Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms to stay informed of any updates.
- Continued use of our services shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.

**(6) Disclaimer**

- Our role is limited to the **sale** of EAs, and we assume no responsibility for any outcomes resulting from their use, including profits or losses.
- The trading performance of an EA depends on market conditions and does not guarantee future profits.
- We bear no responsibility for any impact on EA performance caused by market fluctuations, broker changes, trading platform updates, or similar factors.

(7)**Governing law and agreed jurisdiction**
  
- This agreement is interpreted based on Japanese law.

 - The Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction for the first instance of any legal dispute related to these Terms, depending on the amount of the complaint.
